OUR WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE PROGRAM:


All Verbal Advantage products carry a 90 day Limited Warranty.  If you receive an inoperable or damaged CD and report it to us within 90 days, we will replace it free of cost.  Simply contact Customer Service at customerservice@verbaladvantage.com with your Order Number.

You may also exchange a Verbal Advantage product for another Verbal Advantage program or programs of equal value.  Please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@verbaladvantage.com for a Return Material Authorization request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.  


You will only pay the cost of shipping for the replacement product.

If the item is returned unopened and shrink-wrap intact in its original package within thirty (30) days after your receipt of the product, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, less shipping cost.  As above, please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@verbaladvantage.com for a Return Material Authorization request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.  The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.  All products must be packed in such a way so as the original packaging will arrive unmarked.  Please note that due to the proven value (over 23 years) of the intellectual property contained in the Verbal Advantage product line, as well as due to unauthorized and illegal duplication of its products, EZ-Eloquence, LLC does not permit refunds for products which have been opened and/or used.  However, for opened products, we do offer the exchange program described in the paragraph above.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence, LLC recommends that you: 1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL), and 2) either insure your package for safe return to Verbal Advantage or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.  If you choose not to: 1) use a carrier that offers tracking, and 2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.  Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.


SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence, LLC offers 4 convenient shipping options.

For regular purchases:

1. Standard Shipping and Handling:  We utilize FedEx Ground Service.  This option is available on all orders within the Continental United States for a flat charge of $19.95*.  Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment from our warehouse.

2. FedEx Air Shipping to Hawaii is $64.95*.

3. FedEx Ground Shipping to Canada is $43.95*.

4. FedEx International Shipping to Great Britain is $165.95*.

5. FedEx International Shipping to Japan is $165.95*.

6. FedEx International Shipping to Mexico is $145.95*.

7. Other International Shipments require a phone call and/or email and a separate quote.  We do not ship to ALL international destinations.

The laws of certain countries do not honor nor enforce U.S.A. copyright laws.  It is our policy not to sell Verbal Advantage programs to individuals in the Mid East, Far East, Africa, the former Soviet Union nor the South Pacific due to copyright infringement concerns.  It is very difficult to defend intellectual property rights in a foreign country. 

8. Expedited (overnight) delivery requires a phone call and/or email and a separate quote.

Signature is required for delivery:  Our shipments contain valuable products.  If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package.  Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the manufacturer’s warehouse.  Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.


SALES TAX:

Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence, LLC is a Texas-based company.  Therefore, we must charge 8.25% sales tax on any orders shipped to customers in the State of Texas.  No tax is charged to our customers in the United States or foreign countries.  If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the State of Texas.  The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.  Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit Cards:

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (internet or phone).  At the time your order is placed, our system obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order.  Generally, actual credit card billing occurs when your order ships.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  For information about alternate payment options, please review the cashier’s check, wire transfer and bank check options listed in the following sections.  PLEASE NOTE:  Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.  In addition, credit cards issued by banks outside the United States may experience delays.  We will call you to help.

Credit Card Security Codes:

Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence, LLC requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase.  The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard).  Asking for and confirming your credit card’s security code helps validate that you – and only you – are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Cashier’s Check or Money Order:

Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence accepts cashier’s checks, money orders, business checks and personal checks as valid forms of payment.  PLEASE NOTE:  Both business checks and personal checks must CLEAR the bank before shipment.  If you wish to pay by one of these methods, you may order by phone at 1-888-332-EASY (3279).  The check must be made payable to EZ-Eloquence, LLC, or Verbal Advantage and include your order number and/or a copy of your order.  Please mail your payment to:

ORDER PROCESSING:

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time.  Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of a credit card.  Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order.  Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.  We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided at checkout.  The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays.  Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply.  If the lead time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. 

ORDER STATUS/MISSING ORDER:

For order status information, you may contact our Customer Service team by email at customerservice@verbaladvantage.com.  Provide your order number and the Verbal Advantage/EZ-Eloquence team will track your shipment for you.
